How do engagements typically start?+
Begin with the contact form. We schedule a discovery conversation, clarify your goals, and recommend Premium Report work, leadership coaching, or career acceleration.
Do you work remotely or in person?+
Most coaching happens by video with optional on-site intensives when travel and scheduling allow. Reports and roadmaps are delivered digitally.
What is the usual response time?+
We reply within one business day during Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, and can arrange Saturday appointments when needed.
Premium Report
What does the Premium Report include?+
A comprehensive profit analysis with detailed strategy breakdowns, implementation roadmaps, and financial projections tailored to your sales and service operation.
How long does a Premium Report take?+
Most reports are delivered within two to three weeks after we receive the inputs from discovery — timelines are confirmed before work begins.
Who should review the report with you?+
Dealer principals, GMs, and department managers benefit most. We can facilitate a walkthrough so the recommendations land clearly with your leadership team.
Is the Premium Report a one-time deliverable?+
Yes — it is a complete deliverable. Many clients then continue with coaching to implement the roadmap over a 90-day window.
Coaching & career
How often are coaching sessions?+
Most clients meet every one to two weeks. Session cadence is set around your showroom calendar so the work stays practical.
What does leadership coaching cover?+
Executive presence, team standards, difficult conversations, meeting leadership, and the day-to-day credibility that makes people follow you.
Can coaching help with a promotion?+
Yes. Career Acceleration focuses on positioning, narrative, and skill signals that support internal promotion or a stronger external move.
Is this only for sales roles?+
No. We also support service advisors, BDC leads, and managers who influence both customer experience and departmental profit.
